Main
martial art focus on reality self
defence, especially the mental
aspect of conflict, conditioning
and control. Sport Karate is used
for fun and "good stress".
Major influences are the training
methods of Shinyu Gushi, Art Rabessa,
and Jim Maloney. Drills read on
Rick Wilson's forums over the
last year have been a huge influence
on the self defence/mental training
that I have passed on to our students.
